Ouch. *pokes at arm* I give blood fairly regularly, but it's a lot more rare for me to be able to do double red instead of just whole blood. (You have to weigh at least 150 pounds to donate double red, and my weight tends to bounce around between 145 and 155. Sometimes I qualify, and sometimes I don't.)
